Bedtime Story

For years I have told myself a bedtime story to ease into sleep. Because I fall asleep quickly these tales can take months to conclude given the intricate detail that I provide myself and the desire for an intro synopsis before adding new information.

When I was unhappy with my job, the story revolved around allocating mega-millions won with the lucky PowerBall ticket (which I did, indeed, purchase twice a week for as long as that miserable job lasted). (Actually buying the ticket and creating fantasy changes to my life gave each week a little hope.)

Now that I love my job and life in general, the story involves living 1000 years and just what I would do with myself for that many generations. Think about it... after you've read all the books you've ever wanted to read (heaven!) and gathered enough degrees to dabble in several careers (I keep thinking I want to follow another thread), what would you do with the remaining 700 years?

And, how would you keep the government from dissecting you?
